After Hours Maintenance Emergencies & Lock Out Procedure

In the event you have a maintenance emergency or have been locked out after regular business hours or on the weekend, call 518-292-9073 ext. 2. Please note there is a $50 fee for after-hours lockouts. You will be connected to a live representative that will document the maintenance problem. If considered an emergency according to company policy the representative will forward the emergency to maintenance who will send a maintenance member to address the problem. Please note that maintenance will not contact you unless there is a need for additional information. Please allow maintenance 30-60 minutes to arrive on site. We request that you do not call the emergency line more than once for the same maintenance issue unless maintenance has not arrived within 60 minutes of the call being placed.

Pet Policy

Stoneledge Terrace is pleased to offer pet friendly apartments. We require all pet owners to abide by local town and village animal licensing requirements and to keep vaccinations and flea treatments up to date. In addition, animals should not bark or be a nuisance to other residents and must be under the owner’s control at all times.

  • One time non-refundable $350 fee for one pet and $550 for two pets
  • $30 Monthly Pet Rent per pet
  • Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
  • No puppies or kittens (must be a year or older)
  • 50 lbs. maximum weight limit
  • No aggressive breeds (call for details)
  • Must be spayed/neutered
  • Residents who desire to acquire a new or additional pet must apply in writing with the Management office prior to obtaining said pet
  • Must be in a pet friendly building to have pets (Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 13, 14)

Trash & Recycling

Trash pickup is scheduled on Tuesdays. Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters located throughout the community. No furniture, mattresses, couches, etc. Please call Twin Bridges Waste and Recycling at 518-267-3400 for pricing and to arrange special pick up for large items. If you find a bin to be full please bring your trash to another receptacle.

Recycling pick up is scheduled on Wednesdays. All boxes should be flattened.

All recyclable items and garbage should be placed in its designated dumpster.

Pick up dates and time may vary during inclement weather.

Outdoor Pool

  • Open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend
  • Open daily 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM
  • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
  • No lifeguard on duty

Tennis Court, Basketball Court & Putting Green (Seasonal)

Open daily to residents (in-season).

Grilling Areas (Seasonal)

Equipped with charcoal grills and covered picnic tables
Located in-between the pool and tennis court and across from Building 4

We lived at Stoneledge for over 6 years, and it always felt like home, not a rental. During our time there we welcomed two children, who were also accepted by the community (even as crying infants). We are sad our time there has ended, but will always cherish the memories. Couldn’t recommend Stoneledge more!!!
